Wimpy Celebrities

This list of celebriites who "stand up for causes" reveals just how morally and couragously short-changed many celebrities can be. It also highlights the "sheep mentality" that reigns in society in which the "fashion" of the day dictates what many will deem important issues. Of all the brutality, oppression and suffering in the world, the current lot of enlightened celebrities use their status to fight against 1) those who want to keep marriage between a man and a woman (Proposition 8), 2) those who eat meant (PETA), and 3) those who actually work for a living (Occupy Wallstreet). The only celebrity here who seems to have any moral compass and courage is George Cloony who puts his safety on the line to protest the Sudanase government which restricts the flow of food to, and intentionally slaughters, its own citizens. Koodos to George. The rest are narcassists lost in morally confused never never land of Hollywood.
